‘Tis the season for cranberries! They are so bright and colorful that I love incorporating them into learning activities. A lot of stores are having them on sale right now, too. Bonus! I decided it would be fun and EASY to make a Cranberry Sensory Bin. It was a big hit!
This sensory activity is ridiculously easy to make. It allowed us to work on hand strengthening and measuring.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I love this time of year. Chilly weather, hot chocolate, fires, friends and family. It’s wonderful. Counting with objects is always a fun way to engage students. We love to use hands-on materials whenever possible. Enter pumpkin seeds! Since pumpkins are in season and we’re doing all kinds of activities with them, time to practice counting pumpkin seeds!
This activity is simple and you probably have the materials lying around home already. We had pumpkin seeds left over from Making Real Pumpkin Seed Slime. If you haven’t made the slime yet. You have got to try it. It’s so much fun!
