The Site is operated by Molise Enterprises LLC (“Molise Enterprises” or the “Company”). This page sets forth the Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) for the website at www.funearlylearning.com, all other sites owned and operated by Molise Enterprises that redirect to www.funearlylearning.com, and all subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), and the service owned and operated by the Company (together with the Site, the “Service”).

The Company is strongly committed to protecting your privacy, personal and financial information. We use your personal information only for improving and providing the Site and Service. The intent of the Privacy Policy is to fully disclose or privacy practices to you. By using the Site and Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

The Site and Service is located in the United States with a target market in North America. However visitors from Europe may interact with the Site so the intent of the Privacy Policy is to also meet GDPR compliance. 

Affiliate Marketing

Fun Early Learning™ participates in affiliate marketing programs (i.e. Amazon Affiliates) where we receive a small commission when products are purchased through links on our blog. We appreciate when you click on those links because they help support us so we can keep producing helpful articles, products and resources for you.

What personal data we collect

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

E-Commerce Platform

The Site is built using WordPress (with plugins) and WooCommerce as our e-commerce Service platform. You may be directed to other e-commerce sites with stores managed by the Company (e.g. Teachers Pay Teachers) to purchase products. PayPal and Amazon Pay are optionally used to process purchases.

What we collect and store: While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site. 

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

Who on our team has access: Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments

Payments made directly through this site may be processed through PayPal and Amazon Pay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Amazon Pay, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Third-Party Services

The Site includes Social Media capabilities. We never post anything to your third-party sites without your permission. The use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, etc. may collect your IP address and may set a cookie to enable its use. Social Media capabilities may be hosted by either the Company or a third party. Your use of Social Media on the Site is governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it. 

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact Forms

When you submit a form (e.g. product download, support question) we collect your first name and last name (only when provided) and your email address so that we can correspond with you.
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name and your email address so that we can correspond with you. Your personal data will be stored in the website’s database.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. In order to be compliant with new regulations Google included a data processing amendment.

Email Correspondence

You may receive emails from us related to your order and/or for marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by contacting us.
